Departure is at 10:00, which gives us time to clean and prepare the room for the next guests. A late departure can be arranged subject to availability, or by paying for an extra night.

Complimentary on-site parking directly in front of the hotel, on a first-come, first-served basis and at your own risk. Space is limited.

We can arrange a shuttle to collect you from Cape Town International, about 25 minutes away. This is charged to your room — please book it in advance.

Transfers around town and the surrounding areas can be arranged — please speak to the manager in advance.

Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi covers the hotel, including all guest rooms and common areas. The network is ATLANTIC PALMS — ask reception for the current password when you check in.

We keep our rooms so that every guest arrives to a spotless, well-kept space. Where damage or excessive wear occurs during a stay, the cost of repair or replacement is charged to the guest.

Breakfast is included with all rates and is served daily from 08:00 to 10:30. If you have dietary requirements, let the staff know in advance so we can make sure we have what you need.

Lunch runs 13:00 – 16:00 and early dinner 17:00 – 20:30. The property is licensed.

We have a strict no under-12 policy on the property.

Under the Tobacco Act, smoking is permitted on the balconies only. Please be considerate of other guests when smoking on the pool deck. Ashtrays are available on request, and we ask that stubs go in them.

We accept no cash on the premises. Card payment only.

The Western Cape is water-scarce. Please help us use water sparingly.

Some rooms are on upper floors reached by stairs; others have level access. Tell reservations what you need and we will place you accordingly.
